I figured a long post op update may be helpful. I got surgery may 2020. It is now August 2021.
The opening has adjusted to my partner but she is still just as tight. I love that I don't leak when we're done anymore :) sex is very enjoyable and we are now able to do everything we used to do prior to surgery but with care because she is definitely smaller. We have adjusted to different positions as some actually feel like they stretch her and I have actually bled, can you believe that? Like a freaking teenager! We laugh. You definitely can not go right at it if she's not even one bit ready unless you don't mind the discomfort. Thankfully, I get ready quickly. She's looking more normal now.
I reiterate that if you're thinking about it, do it. My advice is to consider your partners size when deciding tightnes. I heard horror stories but I really feel it comes down to that. Be realistic. You don't want to go too tight then be in pain. I tried a larger toy and figured that out really quick. It's been a year and nothing has really changed so you don't want to ruin your sex life. I'm very happy. We're very happy. We went from one a week or two weeks to almost every day. Seriously. We love it.

It is soooo worth it!
6 weeks to the day we Finally did it! Yes, in beginning I had him stop a few times cus I felt my skin stretching and we wanted to make sure I was ok. We would laugh and try again. when we finally went all the way, let me jut say I felt everything! It was amazing. I would spend the money again! I’m out here snatching my mans soul! He told me he definitely felt it wrap around his penis and 100% felt the difference. If on the fence, go for it. I did the 1 finger tight.

Congrats! I hope my surgery will be as successful as yours. We’re you able to get it in fine? I heard some people complain that they were sewn up too much covering the entry way
It wasn't the easiest at first but yes. She wraps him. We love it. I'm waiting the additional 2 was dr said though to avoid that stretching discomfort at first.
Thanks. Also what do you recommend wearing after the surgery? I was thinking to bring lots of sweat pants
Granny panties, thick long liners (like he poise for beginning) and comfy clothes. I wore a summer dress and lived in them for a few days. Then nothing tight for a couple more days.
Do you have kids
I had four natural deliveries. All progressively larger babies starting at 7lbs and last one was almost 9lbs. Needed my opening to be cut during delivery 3 times.

Just wanted to provide an update. The bleeding stopped around day 7 with brownish discharge needing a thick long liner finishing around day 18. Now is just a light mostly light yellow fluid but nothing requiring more than one thin liner a day depending on my activity level. The perineal area is healing ok - still a little bumpy looking and sensitive to pressure so no tight jeans to be safe. I think she looks pretty. I finally saw my hole lol and it is small. I’m spreading it a little in the pic. I can’t wait for my follow up June 18th to see what the dr says and if I’m good to try it out. I will come back after that and provide an update.

The key is to warm up. If you're not ready to go, it will be uncomfortable.
