Pictures 1 week after surgery
WORTH IT
It has been one week after I had my nipple repair and labialplasty surgeries. I couldn’t be happier with the results. The vagina is still soar but not painful. I try not to wear underwear so there is no pressure. The nipples are not soar at all but just need to be looked after to make sure nothing hits them as they are still healing. Thank you again Dr. Cohen. I only wish we met sooner!

I entrusted Dr. Robert Cohen with my labialplasty and flat nipple repair and he made me so happy I did. The man knows what he’s doing. If I could give him 7 stars I would.
I had flat nipples and a vagina I was embarrassed by.
I had great relationships but never got entirely comfortable naked around any one of my boyfriends and even my husband of 17 years.
I felt great in clothes but self conscious when anyone would see me naked.
I was afraid to do anything about it because I read endless stories about women being deformed, losing sensation and not ever being able to experience an orgasm again after they underwent a labialplasty. I read a lot of terrifying reviews and was also read it was very painful.
Although my vagina wasn’t the best looking, it was still extremely functional. I didn’t want to end up having an esthetically pleasing vagina that didn’t function properly.
My flat nipples didn’t look normal and because of a previous breast augmentation, would take turns getting erect. It was so embarrassing. I always found myself covering my breasts with my hands if my husband walked in on me which was something I wanted to be free of. I didn’t even like looking at my nipples when I was alone. I looked so great in clothes but felt like a disappointment naked.

The thing that made me pick Dr. Cohen was his less is more technique and this one particular before and after photo of a vagina that looked like mine before surgery. The after picture was just too good to be true. I wanted that look. None of the other doctors had a photo with results like that despite all the great talk.
He also had a lot of experience with nipple repair and I liked his reaction when he saw my nipples. It felt like he could help me.
Here’s the thing about Dr. Cohen. He is super picky about his craft which I really appreciate.
He has the less is more technique with the labialplasty which worked out perfectly for me in the long run. He said when we keep it simple with this procedure, we avoid unnecessary complications and it all seems to come together. He was 100% correct there. I am so happy I listened to him as another doctor advised me to pull back the skin on my labia majora and tuck my clitoris under my prepuce. Looking back after seeing Dr. Cohens results, I am almost sure it would have made my results less desirable.
He’s truly an artist and incredibly good at both labialplasties and nipple repair. He left me looking so beautiful that I love being naked now. I can’t stop looking at myself and I’m so comfortable naked now. I feel so much more like a woman.
