Avoid a tummy tuck but it’s time to accept it and do it!
I’ve had 3 kids . My first was when I was 18 so I’ve had stretch marks my entire adult life . Thankfully mine are all below the belly button so I shouldn’t have any after my tuck.
I pray everything goes good and I don’t have any regrets!

17 days until my surgery and I’m nervous but cannot wait to begin this journey.
Unless I’m wearing tummy tight under garments I have un even bulges and no matter what I can’t get my stomach and waist to be smaller.
I’m excited to get my muscles tightened but I’ve heard that’s is the most painful. I do pretty well with pain management so hopefully this turns out to be not as bad as I’m all worked up for

If u don’t mind me asking where are you going for it done and how much is it going to cost? I’m desperate for one but I’m only 24 and don’t know if il have anymore children later in life but I’m so self conscious about my stomach x

I have wanted this for so long I am also soooo self conscious of my tummy and it sucks!!! I’m going locally his name is Dr. Klink. I’m in the Bay Area . it is jut slightly under 10k.very expensive around here but traveling for me isn’t an option since I run my own business and have 3 kids.

For me, recliner, walker (only for first few days), healthy, low sodium foods, earplugs. Everything else was helpful but not necessary.
