I have always been a "nearly A" cup size. I breastfed four children and have very saggy, small breasts. I just turned 54 and decided that I want to finally do this as a birthday present to myself. I am tired of never finding clothing or bras that fit me. I hope that I will finally have the big beautiful breasts that I have always wanted.
After 3 consultations I found the doctor I want to do my surgery and have made the appointment. I hope that everything goes well! Looking forward to hearing other's stories.

Hi. I would be really interested to know who you went with and if you are happy with the results. I am 55 and breastfed 3 kids. Your story sounds similar to mine and as much as I wish to fulfil this dream I'm pretty nervous about after care and risks involved. I had my first consult with Dr Alastair Taylor and, although he comes highly recommended, I found his manner to be a bit cold.

Dr. Brian Klink did my surgery and I highly recommend him. Never have I felt so comfortable in talking with a doctor. He never left the room without making sure that he had answered all of my questions. I can not say enough good things about him and his entire staff.

Hi Bellagirl! I will be happy to share more of my story. I am doing better every day and my girls have cone to feel natural to me, not like strangers! Haha. I will post some new pictures as soon as I upload them. My last 10 week check up went well. Healing is progressing and I could not be any more pleased with the results I've gotten from Dr Klink. He has done a great job and was wonderful to work with. So happy!

Pre op appointment

I am officially excited after my pre op appointment today. My doctor used an imaging program that showed pictures of how my breasts would look with different sized implants. We decided on 450 to 500 cc silicone which he said would give me at least a full C! I want to go bigger but he said during the surgery would be when the final decision would be made. I understand that he can't be sure until he sees how the size of the implants fit with my particular frame and musculature. I can hardly wait...Only17 days more!

I'm now a nearly A, 5'3' and 115 pounds and active. I run, swim and do weight training. Even though I am 54 I am surprised at how many others are deciding to do something at this age. I am so excited! Profile? I'm not sure...will ask!

Here is my before pic, 36 AA. I hope that my after pic will be pretty close to what I am hoping for, I dream of a 36D or at least a full C. I feel sure that Dr Klink will be successful. He gained my confidence during the pre op visit and I feel certain that he will give me the figure that I am hoping for. 10 more sleeps till surgery day!

Our before pics are similar! Congrats, lady. I'll be 52 this month and I'm super happy with my results.
