Went bra shopping recently and thought I should post an update. I am so pleased with the results I've gotten! I don't think I will ever regret my decision to do this surgery. They are totally a part of me and feel so natural!

Now 3 months post-op and I could not be happier!

happi22
I have not posted any new pics or updates for awhile so here it goes ...I had to buy a new swim suit (of course!) for our trip to Mexico and ended up needing a DD! It was really amazing and a great feeling to be pleased with how I looked in a bikini. ????this week I finally got the ok to start lifting weights again...so happy! It feels a bit strange with the implants under the muscle because it causes them to move when I flex! Very weird! Anyway, I've been lifting for a week now and it is starting to feel more normal. Other than the occasional zingers I feel in my right breast I could not be happier. I feel that I got exceptional results, going from a deflated nearly A to a D cup. I would do it all over again. Can't wait to get the rest of me back in shape after my hiatus.

Thank you for posting. I'm very nervous about my op in February but you sound so much like me. It fills me with confidence.

That's a great result . It goes so quickly and you think there is not much changing but the pics tell a different story!
You look amazing!

Thank you Trinity. You look amazing too! I'm so glad that I had the nerve to do this. :)

Can I ask. Did you have round or teardrop implants?

And also, you didn't have to have a mastoplexy? There doesn't seem to be any scarring under the nipple

Hi Bellagirl, I had round implants and no mastoplexy. I have scars in the crease underneath that still look pink but am using scar cream on them and hopefully they will fade even more.
I was looking at my photos from three months ago and can not believe how much I've changed. I have loved them since the first but realize how much more natural they look now. Another big difference is they feel very soft now. I think the muscle contractions cause them to be hard initially but now everything has settled down. I hope that everything goes just as well for you and I look forward to seeing your results!

Started running again this weekend!

happi22
I had a great 6 week check up! I'm fitting into a 34 C and really pleased with the look. My dr is happy with my progress although he is a perfectionist and is a little concerned about one of my scars being thick. This is another reason I totally recommend him to my friends. He wants his patients to get the best possible results that they can.
Got the go ahead to go running again and it is quite a different experience with all three of us running. I'm sure I'll get used to it in time but my shoulders are pretty sore. I bought a max support sports bra and wore 2 of them at the same time to make sure neither of the girls were subjected to any stressful bouncing. There was a little weird sloshing sound at first that was a. It unnerving...but after I got going it was wonderful! So happy to be active again! I am not allowed to do weights for 2 to 3 more weeks but that's fine with me. Just happy to be running.

Good for you! Have you done any scar therapy or do you put anything on them?
