I just had a BA done by York yesterday, and oh my!! I am so impressed. From the consultation, surgery and 2nd day results, it has all been perfect. His nurses and front gals are all absolutely sweet and super helpful. Dr. Yates has the best bedside manner! He didn't rush me and was so very patient and thorough answering my multitudes of questions. He didn't push me into anything I didn't want. He just really made me feel like a person and was very calming. Also, as an added bonus, he's pretty easy on the eyes!! :) They took me into the operating room and the anesthesiologist (who was also amazing and kind) turned on some music. Loved that!! The whole operating staff were so cheery and nice!! It was just awesome. Let's get to the results! When I got to my hotel room, I took my bra off to see my new additions and was stunned. They are already beautiful. I can only imagine how perfect they'll be in 6 months!! Dr. Yates did amazing work. Absolutely amazing. Thank you to Dr. Yates and his staff!! I'll definitely be back for more!!

They look so much better. They don't look fake to me. They're exactly what I'd asked for. But I'm feeling like a lot of women who wish they were bigger!! I'm hoping I learn to love the size. (36 D, I believe. Still haven't really went bra shopping.) I love the look of the profile. They almost look natural from the side. :) They're still assymetric bit I'm totally fine with that.
My right one is still somewhat numb and the left one is so itchy!! Is this normal?
My scars look great. Way better than I expected.

I am one week out from my BA, I am thinking 505 sientra, but wondering if I should even go up to 535 or so. I am 5'7 138 and 36 yrs old. Do you wish you would have gone bigger?
