Dr Chia and her team are professional, knowledgeable and caring. From the initial consult where she asked many clarifying questions about the desired outcome to her attention to detail when drawing the markings to determine how the fold would end up post surgery, the entire experience was excellent. I sought natural looking double eyelids to avoid a droopy eyed appearance and the results were as desired. Dr Chua listens and takes into account the existing features and makes thoughtful recommendations. I had minimal swelling as evidenced from the photos and believe this is due to her technique as I have heard many anectdotes about others who had severe swelling over 4 weeks from the same non-incisional technique in Singapore. Highly recommend and also greatly appreciate the accessibility as she and her team are always available to offer advice via text.
