My eyes are not symmetrical and have lost that lovely shape they had before

I loved the shape of my eyes before surgery but I had excess skin. I originally wanted a brow lift to help with this but Dr Bert said go for upper eye surgery. I had my surgery around 2018. I'm not happy with my right eye (left in photos) in particular. I could tell immediately after surgery it was not done properly and not level with my other eye and was significantly more swollen than the other. Obvious and thick also. I've attached photos so you can judge yourself. Personally I wouldn't go to Dr Bert again if I had my time over, I was swayed by all the good reviews, maybe I got unlucky.
