Dr Burt did not disappoint one bit! Had a consultation with Dr Burt regarding asymmetry of my upper eye lids and how unhappy I've been with them for years. I'm of an asian decent and choosing a doctor that specialises and understands the needs of asian features was paramount to my decision making process. Wearing makeup especially winged eyeliner was a pain point for me as I had to adjust the thickness of the stroke for each eye.
Dr Burt really understood my needs, extremely professional and most importantly very natural. He is amazing at what he does. Recovery was a breeze (took 2 weeks for puffiness to go down about 6 weeks to really heal). No one noticed I had any surgery at all - NOT even my mum! (hahaha) the scar line is so neat and with precision that EVEN I forgot I had blepharoplasty!

I decided to go with Dr Benjamin Burt because after the first consultation with him I felt that he knew what I was talking about and I had confidence in his explanation of the procedure, what to expect and he provided lots of reference pictures that I could look at.
I have one slightly protruding eye that makes me look very tired and makes the eyelid creases weirdly, which made my case a bit more complicated than a 'standard' double eyelid blephoraplasty procedure.

Dr Burt was a good listener, professional and his surgery skills are fantastic.
In addition to that, Dr Burt specialises in surgery around the eyes, so to me, meant that he was not only an expert in this procedure but had plenty of experience to do the job properly. I was also lucky enough to bump into and speak to a client of his to ask questions and get reassurance and see end results for myself.

I was a little reluctant to see Dr. Ben as I had already experienced other surgery and wasn't sure if I wanted to investigate anymore. Dr. Ben has a very calm and genuine manner which immediately makes you feel at ease. He was able to honestly and confidently explain how he could assist me. Dr Burt performed eyelid ptosis repair on both my eyes. His surgical skills are second to none and I achieved an amazing result. From my first appointment to my surgery to follow up appointments I have always been made to feel comfortable and fully informed of all aspects of my surgery and healing process.
