Dr. Wakelin and his staff were very comforting and knowledge during the whole surgical process. They answered any and all questions I had and kept me at ease. The office was very inviting and didn't feel like you were in a doctor's office. When I walked in it felt more like a spa retreat than a doctor's office. The whole staff from reception, nurses and doctor's were all smiling and made me feel comfortable in their hands.
