I can feel my stomach really attaching itself after the lipo. I can sit on my butt for longer periods of time and it does hurt if I sit for an hour so I have micro pauses. I have a fair idea of my game plan for round 2.

Going to also start cardio and see if that affects the size of my booty. I've never put weight on in my buttocks so it will be interesting to see if I lose weight there. Stay blessed beauties xx

Loving my curves and I love my waist trainer. I'm so addicted to it. I can't seem to take a good pic of my left side maybe it's because I'm right handed. I'm thinking squats is the way to go for me in the new year, when I lose or gain weight it's always in my upper body, my booty is rarely affected, so I'm pretty lucky there xx so happy with my body I'm so in lov with me lol

When sleeping on my back, my booty feels uncomfortable so the boppy pillow helps here big time. I am stilll sleeping with my waist trainer on.. I've lost fat in the waist area and its not as curvy as it was 3 months ago but I'm not too fussed about that reason being I look more proportioned now because of my height and frame. If my waist was still full I'd look like a dumpling lol .... trying to move away from that look.. I aim to work on my legs to enhance my gluteal curve.. in saying that I still need some fat if i want to go for round two. Looking at my body I don't really have much fat that I can deposit back there... booty greed is real but reality check is a good way of letting yourself know you really are beautiful [RS bleep]

First and foremost Dr Pantoja is a very caring respectful man, this was very important for me. His team Nadia, Dr Sanchez, Dr Carlos are amazing. I like the fact they are all doctors in their chosen fields. This has been the most amazing experience for me from day 1. He is such a wonderful surgeon he checks on you after the surgery more than once. He really cares for you like you are his family, this is very appealing to me. He asks you what you want and tells you what your body type can have, i love his honesty just as much as i love my results. i know in my heart i hand picked the right doctor for me.
