Almost 2 Months Later

So far so good! I'm loving my new girls. I'm very happy with my 350 High Profile implants. I know that it may be too big for some people, but I like bigger boobs. The scars are still not that great, but it's still early. The only problem that I have right now is that the scars are showing in my swimsuits. Other than that, I like the size, the placement, and the lift on the one side. The lighting is bad, but you get the idea.

2 Week Update

I'm feeling great and very happy with my recovery. After one week I started sleeping on my side again, which was so nice. My friends who have had BA are all surprised about how great they look and how much I can do, even before the two weeks. I was able to lift my arms over my head in a short amount of time and move around pretty well. I went to work after one week and only had minimal swelling.

I took the tape off of the incisions after two weeks and everything looks pretty good. I know that the incisions under my breasts will flatten out. I am going to start massaging a Vitamin E oil or Mederma to help with the color and healing. Since I did get a lift on my left, I added a picture of what that looks like, too.

My left breast was just a tiny bit larger than my right and I did think about going 25cc more in my right, but decided against it. I am so happy with the size I picked (350cc high profile), but I do wish that I would have opted for the 25cc more in my right breast.

Day 4 Update - 350cc High Profile

The first couple of days were basically what I expected. There was pain, but not terrible pain. The nights are much worse than the day. I often feel helpless because I can't move the way I want, pick up items, or even drive. Other than that, things were great.

On day 3, I left great. I started picking up around the house a little, then a friend called to see if I wanted to go to the pool with her and run errands. Obviously, I said yes. By the end of the day, my breasts were hot, swollen, and very sore. I iced often last night and today to help with pain and swelling. I haven't taken a pain pill today, but will tonight.

My surgical bra is listed as a medium, but is very uncomfortable at the bottom of my breasts where the incisions are. It has irritated the incisions and started bruising around it. Time to go find comfortable sports bras.
