I Like Nice, Round, Perky Titts, So I'm Getting Implants.

I used to have nice round perky titts, but I don't any more. I realized that this was because I was on birth control and the hormones made my breasts bigger. I have stopped taking birth control and my lovely D's quickly became saggy B's. I have already had my consultation and my pre-op with my PS. I am scheduled for my BA on May 12. I am still trying to pick out the perfect pair. My PS recommends that I go with a high profile around 300cc - 325cc. I am looking more at 325cc - 350cc. I realize that 25cc isn't that much to worry about, but I've heard time and time again to go bigger, so I want to get this right the first time.

I had been so nervous about my BA because I didn't know what profile or size to pick. I was obsessing over it, researching, reading, and comparing everything that I could - I even made a Power Point presentation. I have two close friends who have used the PS I'm using, so I examined both of them very closely and asked them tons of questions. After everything, I have decided on a 350cc high profile implant. I'm also getting a crescent lift on my left breast. Making a decision was tough, but I finally feel like a weight has been lifted off of my shoulders.

I'm so looking forward to buying new bras and swimsuits and filling out my clothes again.

HOORAY! I'm up at midnight (in pain) to write my update. I had my BA yesterday morning with no issues. After much research and internal debate, I did go with the 350cc high profile implant. I also did a crescent lift on my left nipple, as it was a little lower. My PS and I went back and forth on whether or not to lift the left, lift both, or lift neither. After he inserted the implants and looked at me on the table, he decided to lift just the left one.

I have had about 15-18 over surgeries in my life (none cosmetic), so I am no stranger to all of the procedures beforehand and the pain afterwards. I also have many friends that have implants and have had many of them tell me their story, so I felt pretty comfortable with what was about to happen. I was nervous the day of surgery, I was very excited. The staff is amazing, very professional and attentive! Again, my BFF had her BA done with this doctor and I was super impressed with the staff and doctor then. I knew that if I ever wanted a BA to go there and I have not been let down.

When I woke up in the recovery room, I was already in a little pain. It's not that I couldn't handle the pain, I was just surprised that between the anesthesia and the numbing medicine that I would feel pain this early. My husband and BFF took me back to the hotel to sleep and one went to get me food. So far so good. After reading reviews on this site and stories from friends, I knew to take the pain meds, even if I didn't think I needed it. By the late afternoon/early evening, I felt great. I felt that I could have even have went to dinner, but didn't.

Then night came. With every procedure I have ever had, my pain increases at night. Around 10pm, I was hurting. I have taken my two pain killers and am up at midnight, in pain, writing this review. My husband and BFF are sleeping through me walking around, going to the bathroom, changing clothes, and typing away. :-)

I have been adding ice packs to my surgical bra to help with swelling and the coldness feels great. They girls are definitely high and tight right now, but that's to be expected. It's hard to tell what the final product will look like, but so far so good. The 350cc high profile is looking good. I will add photos as often as I remember to do so.
