Day 44-49 plus a transition photo

So things continue to go well. I feel bad I don't have a lot to update because everything is going smoothly and I am not a very emotional person so I am not freaking out much about asymmetry etc.

Just wanted to post a few more progression photos for everyone. Also, I created a transition photo from day 2 to day 32 just to show how I have been D&Fing. The difference between day 2 and 4 was amazing haha, day two was teeeeerribble.

Also, I threw in a few photos from Day 2 - I was emabarresed at first by how bad it looked but now I think it would be reassuring for some people to see how dramatic things change.

filling out the sports bra now

I finally measured myself last week - probably should have been doing it more actually but I am 29 rib cage and 33 around the fullest part of my breasts :-)

I put my old sports bra that used to make me feel terrible about myself, back on for the first time, and now i am loving the look :-)

32 days post op :-)

So things are continuing along, and I am still feeling great :-) My assymetry is getting a little more pronounced right now since my left is really dropping and really looking more natural and my right is still riding higher and tigher. On the plus side, my tight righty is finally starting to feel softer. For the first month, the skin was so tight and it felt so firm but now slowly starting to get softer. My left is almost moving when I jump haha, jiggliness here I come :-)

I had my 1 month follow up last Thursday and it went pretty well. The PA was happy to see the progress of my implants settling into place. My right breast is looking a little boxy but it seems to be a result of the scar and he instructed me to really massage the scar to try to break up the tissue. My right breasts still needs to be massaged three times a day but my left only needs to be messaged once a day.

I am still using my scar cream twice a day, and hoping it will help. My scars are pretty light already, not as red as they used to be and they don't feel too hard so hopefully I am massaging them well. My incisions are still a little sore, under the skin, but not too bad.

i was also cleared to raise my hands above my shoulders and start carrying more weight. I can also start back exercising and I am excited to get back to yoga in a few weeks. I think I will wait another 2 weeks and start doing yin yoga before easing back into Bikram yoga.

I have been loving wearing sports bras and filling them out so cutely :-) I am wearing a small bra happily, I used to have to wear XS which was too tight in the band but because I was so small up top, the small sports bras would gap and almost expose me in class. Now a small fits me perfectly and I am loving the look.

I was cleared to wear underwire but since I have outgrown all of my bras, I am sticking to bralettes for now. I may go pick up one up from target just to start getting used to wearing them again but I definitely don't want to spend much money since I figure I am still pretty far from my final size / shape.

So I am still firmly on the side of the being soooo happy I did it. I wish my boobs were more symmetrical but I know it's still early. They do look a million times better though. Also, I am still mostly sleeping on my back, my incisions still hurt a little if I sleep on my side too much but putting a pillow / blanket underneath for a little support does help.
