2nd Procedure - Breast Lift with Smaller Implants

I had my first BA 5 years ago (4 years after having my daughter and breastfeeding her). I was left with assymetry. I went for several consultations with different North West based plastic surgeons thinking I would probably need an uplift as well as implants. I was told I was borderline and didnt need the uplift but was advised very large implants to fill the deflated skin. I already had DD+ boobs and didn't want much bigger really, so I went with the surgeon who recommended the smallest size implants!
Anyway ... 5 years on I had been left with sagging droopy breasts which were uncomfortable and heavy and I hated them.
I was recommended James Murphy by a family member and after meeting him knew instantly he was the man for the job - he put me at ease instantly and assured me he could get me back my perky pre baby boobs! I currently had 340/300 high profile implants in and he recommended he would remove them, perform the uplift by removing more tissue from the larger size and replacing the implants for moderate profile 240's in both sides leaving them nice and even.
That's exactly what was done and almost 3 months down the line I am very pleased with the outcome.
Everything about Spire Hospital was fabulous, from Mr Murphys personal assistant Sue (who was immediately at the end of the phone or email to answer any queries) to the lovely nurses and staff on the wards - they couldn't do enough for you. A completely different experience to my first BA.
I have added some before & after images - to show people who are worried about scars (as was I) but 3 months later they are fading so well already. I really don't think the scars matter much when you have the fabulous shape result you wanted.

Wow.. what a fabulous result!! You look amazing!! I too went with smaller implants with a lift and so glad i did.... didn't want to have big saggy boobs a year down the road. I'm almost 5 weeks post op and having no problems and i think it has a lot to do with the smaller implant. So happy for you!!!
I had mine swapped and lifted yesterday by James too, similar size to you originally and now have 240cc's. So far so good!!! I said I wanted them to look as good as yours do :) Can I ask what bra size you have ended up??
What a beautiful result!!... could you tell me what kind of procedure was (Lolipop or anchor???)...
Oh I couldn't agree more...you have a fabulous new shape and the scars barely show at all! Congratulations! I bet you feel so relieved and confident with your new look. Thank you for sharing with and hoping you'll update us as your scars fade to nothing! :)
