Unhappy with Neck Lift Results

After menopause, my neck and jawline sagged tremendously. I spent a lot of money to have a neck lift with Dr. Jacono - as he was supposed to be the best. At first, the results looked good although I wasn't too happy with the bunched skin behind my ears. But, I accepted it as part of the procedure.
After about six months, the bunched skin disappeared and the skin behind my ears was smooth again. I soon realized why. The stitches that were put there to pull the loose skin taught had come out. I am now left with saggy, loose skin on my neck again. So the surgery took care of the pouch under my chin but I am left with loose, saggy skin on my neck. Not at all happy. 
I will post about another procedure I had with him that didn't go as planned either. His assistant's response - the doctor said that there's nothing more we can do. I will take some photos and post them here.

The outcome was not good at all as you can see. I did go back to his office and waited for 1 to see him in the waiting room and then another hour in the patient room. He came in said everything looked great. I told him that the stitches came out behind my ears and he said "isn't that a good thing?". And I said no my neck is still wrinkled. In all, he spent about one minute with me and then left.
