People who get lipo need to make sure you know it’s not a fix to your weight issues. You absolutely can gain it back if you don’t eat well and work out. I work out regularly and don’t eat terrible but not completely clean all the time. But I’m the same weight which is good. What’s great about lipo is it helps get rid of stubborn areas but it’s not the option for losing weight. You have to eat right and continuously work out to keep the results. I’m on the fence with my results as I like some things but I wouldn’t do it again as it didn’t do what I thought it could.

Six month update

This is my update on my surgery. I think overall the surgeries were absolutely worth it. I’m happy to have a belly button even though it’s not a perfect innie. I’m happy that I got rid of the fat that cover my tummy and my love handles. I look great in clothes and things fit great. I think the renuvion worked great but it’s not perfect. Since I was had such thick stretch marks from pregnancy, it didn’t really get rid of them, but I think my stomach looks better than it did. I work our all the time and have gained a ton of muscle but not sure about any fat loss as it’s been tough to lose the last ten pounds of fat, I’m still trying though. Overall I give my surgery a 8 out of 10. I’d absolutely do it again.

Swelling is still apparent. Got a lymphatic massage today (it’s been two weeks) and definitely could tell waiting an extra week for a massage isn’t a good idea. I was very tight and swollen. Felt much better after the massage. Definitely will continue weekly, wish I could do more but it’s expensive. I am still doing my own massaging every night. Haven’t started working out yet but will hopefully start tomorrow. I am very active normally so I’m sure it won’t be too tough getting back into it again.
I went to my six week post op appointment and the nurse said everything looks great! My skin is looking smoother. Yay!! I have up to six months for results to continue and swelling to be around. Attached are update pics

Just saw you’ve gotten the same thing done as me. Do yourself a favor, go to Kohl’s or another clothing store and get Spanx. I got the full length one that goes over my shoulders like straps and goes down onto my thighs. This will smooth you out and I wore it 24/7. I got both black and nude depending on what i was wearing. If the spanx are too tight it’s too small. Get them tight enough to pull you in but bearable to wear all day long and night. I still wear them at night now but after three months I felt fine to not wear during the day. Also get lymphatic massages once a week to help with the healing and bunching. And taper off to every couple weeks to every three weeks and so on....

Thanks so much. I had vaser with Renuvion a little over 6 weeks ago and the tightening has been amazing but I now have wrinkles in my skin the I never had before which really sucks. I hope they smooth out over time. I do wear a garment and get massages. I had my review up but was so depressed with he results at firs I removed it. Will prob add it back eventually.

Did your wrinkles smooth out? That the min thing I’m I worried about. I just want my skin to be smooth again like it was prior to surgery. I feel like I traded one thing I was unholy with for one thing worse :(

The wrinkles that the renuvion gave me absolutely smoothed out. The ones that I had from stretch marks from being pregnant with my son did not. They are stretch marks and won’t ever go away. But I’m just happy to not look pregnant anymore. I think you’ll be happy with it in six months.
