Not happy with results

I've been pregnant with 3 kids, one of which was with twins.

I had a few centimeters of skin removed and the navel loosened. My surgeon told me I couldn't have a regular tummy tuck.

1. Do you think I could have had a big tummy tuck?

2. can I have an operation or treatment that can make the result better? Both in relation to the navel, to the scar and to the tightening of the skin, which is still loose?
