**Dr. Shanthala… Where Do I Even Begin?**
WORTH IT
My first experience with Dr. Shanthala happened completely by chance—and I am so grateful that it did.
I had gone to a plastic surgeon for fillers and Botox and unfortunately ended up overfilled. I was desperately searching for a physician who might have ultrasound capabilities to help remove the filler. I frantically searched the internet and emailed several doctors. I had never met or even spoken with Dr. Shanthala before.
Out of all the emails I sent, **only ONE physician responded—and it was Dr. Shanthala.**
She had never met me, yet she took the time to write me the most thoughtful, beautiful, and informative response. Although she did not perform the particular procedure I was looking for, she gave me recommendations and guidance. She was incredibly kind, compassionate, and caring—and she didn't even know me.
I never forgot that.
A few months later, I consulted with Dr. Shanthala about UltraClear, and I quickly realized that the kindness I experienced through that first email wasn't a one-time thing. She is just as beautiful of a human being—inside and out—in person as she was in that email.
From the very beginning, she took the time to **REALLY listen**. She didn't simply look at my face and tell me what procedure I should have. She listened to my concerns, carefully examined my skin and facial areas, and took the time to visually and photographically document everything.
One of the things I appreciate most about Dr. Shanthala is her **honesty**.
She will tell you if your concerns can realistically be addressed with a laser or one of the procedures she offers—and she will also tell you, honestly and without hesitation, when something won't give you the result you're looking for or when surgery may be necessary.
That level of transparency is incredibly important to me.
Several months later, I decided to move forward with UltraClear Coring, and I chose Dr. Shanthala for several reasons.
First and foremost, her knowledge, experience, and complete transparency.
But another major reason is the incredible amount of documented work she has with UltraClear. Unlike many physicians or clinics where you may find only a handful of photos or videos of UltraClear treatments, Dr. Shanthala has **endless examples of her work, treatments, and results.**
This is clearly not something she does once in a while.
**She KNOWS this machine.**
She knows what it can do, what it can't do, and how to use it appropriately. Her understanding of the technology, settings, and treatment planning is incredibly impressive. Watching her work, you can see how focused she is on every setting and every adjustment. It is almost like the machine is an extension of her.
And she doesn't simply "set it and forget it."
She carefully plans the treatment for each individual area, mapping out precise settings based on the skin, the concern being addressed, and the result she is trying to achieve. What impressed me most is that she isn't just thinking about the treatment itself—**she is thinking about the healing process and the final result.**
I had my UltraClear appointment this past Tuesday.
When I arrived, Dr. Shanthala took the time to thoroughly numb my face with a very good numbing cream. While I was numbing, she took updated photographs, sat down with me, reviewed my concerns again, and mapped out exactly what we were going to address.
Once the room was prepared and she entered her settings, she explained her plan and talked me through each phase of the treatment. She stopped throughout the procedure to document and evaluate the treatment as she went.
That attention to detail gave me an incredible amount of confidence.
After the laser treatment, she provided very clear instructions for post-procedure care and explained exactly how I should clean and care for my skin. I followed her instructions to the T.
Now, three days later, I feel great. My skin is slowly going through the healing process, and I am already so happy with how things are progressing. Of course, I know that the true results will continue to develop as my skin heals, but **so far, I couldn't be happier.**
I am beyond happy with my decision to choose Dr. Shanthala and UltraClear Coring.
But honestly, my appreciation for Dr. Shanthala goes beyond the procedure itself.
I chose her because of her knowledge.
I chose her because of her experience.
I chose her because of her incredible attention to detail.
I chose her because she is honest about what she can—and cannot—do.
But most importantly, I chose her because of the way she treats people.
**I can't recommend a better physician—or a more caring human being—than Dr. Shanthala.**
If you are considering UltraClear or any of the treatments she offers, I highly recommend taking the time to look at her Instagram and explore her work, treatments, and results. The amount of knowledge and experience she shares is impressive, and her results speak for themselves.
I am so grateful that one random email, sent during a moment when I felt completely hopeless, led me to Dr. Shanthala.
Sometimes the best people come into your life completely by chance.
**Thank you, Dr. Shanthala, for being exactly that person.**
