- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.

My poor gut
My tummy is really taking a battering. Firstly I haven't been able to go to the toilet since the op and secondly the mix of antibiotics and pain relief are sending me into tummy gurgle overdrive. It's keeping me awake at night, it sound likes a tropical thunderstorm!! I'm taking pro biotics but perhaps I need to increase my intake of friendly bacteria to help resolve this.
On the boob front, my incisions are a little tender, well I can just tell where they are now, so the local anaesthetic to that area has worn off, feeling itchy from the bandages I'm in, but hardly any other pain at the moment. Just need my tummy to relax so I can sleep ????

Ouch! Hello day 2
Day 1 ended with some pain relief and a relatively good sleep, day 2 however has started at 4.45am with the unstoppable shivers, and in need of more pain relief. I've taken some ibroprofen and back into bed. My 3 year old is a sleep ninja and always manages to creep into our bed in the night, in doing so he has fattened my pillows down making it very difficult for me to get up. I've read that days 2 and 3 are the worst, but that's ok, I'm ready for this....
Day1 post op drawing to a close
Almost at the end of day 1 post op. I've been getting muscle spasms in one breast which can be a little painful, but overall I'm ok. I have of course made the mistake of thinking that I am pain free so been a bit relaxed with the meds, I'm feeling a little sorer now so straight back on them. My advice at this point is take the medication you are prescribed, you do need it.
