I have been wanting to get Rhinoplasty for a...
I have been wanting to get Rhinoplasty for a number of years and have been putting it on hold for financial reason and research into the best surgeon for the job.
Winter last year I had two consultations with Basim Matti, I selected him for the time being due to prior research on forums, such as the old version of realself and sofeminine. With many reviews describing a great experience, and perfect results. I however was put off by Basim Matti from the 2nd consultation, he was very rushed and he didn't seem to answer many of my questions, I would not feel comfortable for him to do my surgery. This experience has encouraged me to dig further into researching the best rhinoplasty surgeon for me and am in need of some assistance by others.
There are four surgeons I have in mind and I would like to know if any others have come across or even had an surgery with these surgeons.
The four surgeons are:
Dr. Lucien Ion (FRCS)
Julian De Silva (MBBS) (MD)
Ian Mackay
Dr. Rajan Uppal (MBBS) (FRCS)
All of these surgeons have excellent reviews, Dr. Lucian Ion in particular. The two who specialise in facial surgery are Julian De Silva, however is young and Ian Mackay.
In terms of surgeons credentials who are more advisable in regards to just rhinoplasty? i.e. MBBS, MD, FRCS etc.
Any other surgeons you recommended for rhinoplasty?
If anyone has had a great rhinoplasty experience, could you please note the surgeon's name, cost, wait times etc.
