10 weeks!
Feeling great. Super leannnnn. Does one obtain abs after this? Training core once a week and watching my diet. To be determined.
Scar is super flat. Back to waist training to help keep my waist tiny. around 26inches currently! One week closer to my DREAM BODY. All thanks to Dr. Shermak.

Wow well that's the fastest most perfect tummy tuck recovery I've ever seen. Your belly chain is lovely but I don't see any scar and you rolled your shorts pretty low.
Do you have any pictures of the incision and how it healed?

I couldn’t agree more I was mentally preparing myself not to judge my results for at least a year! my surgeon did me so right. I’ve just been using Biocorneum, Bio oil and cocoa butter on my scar but I do usually heal fairly well to be honest. I was hesitant on this procedure because of the scar but i’m so happy I went forward. Zero regrets. Good luck stay safe! ❤️
