I'm 46, one kid who turned 18 this year, 6ft and was about 210 post surgery. I'd lost about 30lbs in the last year. Pre baby I had a very hourglass figure 36C- 30- 36.. I was up to a 34 inch waist and no matter how much I exercised dieted I always had the saggy bloated "fupa" look..so after 10 years of researching.. I did it!!
