So very happy at 11 days post op!! Doc is a miracle worker!!
Where to begin... my recovery has been as easy as I believe to be possible... Dr. Lindsey's special way of injecting the pain blocker exparel during surgery is truly amazing bc I have had no pain, just some discomfort. I could have def gone without prescription pain meds. My results so far are wonderful and I am so happy that I did this! I am back at work today and feeling pretty good. I have some swelling and bloating which is a bit uncomfortable but nothing to keep me from working being I'm an accountant. Pics are from day 7 post op, I got my drains taken out 8 days post op. Even though I am super swollen and bloated I am down 3.5" on my waist, 5.25" on my hips and 2.75" on my chest.
Strangely calm at 2 days before my surgery
I was an anxious mess last week but so far this week I have been very calm and just super excited and ready to get it done! Let's go! I have everything I need, I have someone to take care of me, my kids are off of school for Spring Break... def just wishing I'd already be in recovery. I am sure Wed night I will get nervous and def Thursday morning. I will def keep y'all posted.
I Have Waited Years for This...
I am very excited but very nervous about my upcoming tummy tuck. I am scheduled for April 1, 2021. Just 2 weeks away! How do I get myself to stop thinking about all the bad stuff that can happen? I have dreamed about this day for so long and now I am kinda pissing myself off with all the negative thoughts!
