So I had 3 kids and this is what lipo had done for me so far.... I'm beyond happy. Only great things to come. Day 2 post op and feeling good. Arnica works like a miracle. I put it on three times today.

Omg smooth as hell! He did an awesome job. Maybe tomorrow I’ll post some pictures of me without the faja . My hips are so wide and high I love my results. I think Kagan does fine on girls that are already pretty curvy. But I don’t think he’s one of those transformative doctors like Hassan or Fisher. I told him to give me an extreme look. And my hips are pretty damn big. you didn’t start wearing your foams and boards yet right? How did the hydrocodone work for you? I’m now just taking two Tylenol every like four hours. Regular 500 mg Tylenol. Sore but I don’t want to be on opiates for too long lol

My wounds are closed so I put my foams in to protect my skin from the faja. I only got one massage so far. I'll get my second massage on Monday. I've been taking the pain meds every 8 hours. But each day I need it less and less. Definitely not addicted. I feel good today. I took a shower without any assistance and no faint or dizzy feel. I'm so glad I chose Kagan because I didn't want an extreme look. I wanted to look like I've been hitting the gym and targeting specific areas. How are you feeling today Debra?

I feel fine! I put two foams on my sides to help start even out my waist and hips. I need to buy two more foams for my back and to put under my ab board on Monday.I’m still leaking fluid From my incisions so I put gauze in my faja. I’ve only been taking two Tylenol every few hours. My booty is HUGE and my hips altough pretty wide, are a little uneven. Trying to avoid salty foods but my appetite is fine otherwise. Trying to ensure fat survival. I feel as though the doctor did as best he could with the little fat I have and I’m really happy with the results. Only thing I’m worried about is my booty shrinking and stuff. My waist still has those weird loose folds in it from where the fat was. Trying to manage diarrhea from laxatives I took yesterday D:

I'm trying to poop before my last post op visit tomorrow. I just got my period so I'm sure I will soon.

Recovery is getting better everyday

The first day of recovery was not easy for me but drinking plenty of fluids and getting that first massage has helped tremendously. Today I was able to take a shower and put Arnica feel on my bruises. Oh my gosh, it made everything more bearable. Of course rubbing it on my skin that was tender to the touch was a challenge, however once it was on it kinda numbed the pain away.

Dr. Kagan is amazing!! He explained everything to me before surgery. He even talked sports with my husband, which claimed his nerves. A very pleasant doctor. Oh and my body, even tho it's swollen, it's perfect. EXACTLY what I wanted. Don't sleep on Dr. Kagan y'all! His work is an art. I'll show pics once I clean up from the draining.
