I've been thinking of getting a tummy tuck for a few years now . I did smart lipo was ok but was a waste . I say a waste because I suffer from diastasis recti. Anyway . After researching, looking at realself, and 2 different consults. I finally found a dr. Who i felt was honest and caring and the best for me. Dr. Reish listens and patient and makes his self available for countless concerns and question you may have. When you schedule ur surgery he even give u his personal cell number to call him anytime. I'm scheduled for mid August excited not to worried . Wondering about pain factor.

Have you thought about using your couch instead? It really helps if you’re almost sitting up as you recover. I also cleaned and purged before my surgery.

This is going to hurt. The first 2 weeks are brutal. I’m in week three and still in quite a bit of pain. Sleeping pushed up on your back is the only way to go

I figured I brought the contoured living set so I will be sitting up for the most part I tried it. It will take some time to get use to.

I'm 3 weeks out & still sleep in my recliner. We rented a lift recliner from medical supply coo & it's been fabulous. You can't even use typical recliner easily - the automatic electrical lift makes getting out of it & into it alot easier.
