Doing well still some swelling 1 month post opt

I'm still a lil swollen. I have one cheat day a week. But I dont think I'm going to cheat with pasta again. Dont like how it makes me feel afterwards. Thinking of losing 10 more pounds. But anyway, I feel good body tends to be stiff because I lay in the bed regular now no angled pillows. Just wanted to send my 1 month post opt update incision looks and healing well. Good day

Finally 2nd drain removed .
Doing well. I do have my ups and downs with swelling and pain at times. Overall I'm super happy and satisfied with results. Such and amazing job . The incision healing great . Need to get a compression garment I have some before the surgery that fit due the swelling will get new one in the next week or 2 . When some of the swelling goes away. Will try to post on a weekly basis.

You look amazing. Did you put a compression garment the same day of surgery? Thanks for sharing. I will be seeing Dr Reish soon. I’m so nervous but I know I’m in good hands. One more week.
Yes I have it in 2 of my pics but u can't see it to well. Your in great hands he is an amazingly talented, gifted and personable. Thank you so much cant wait to see myself with no swelling.

Close up of front and side view . What yall think. I think he did great. I recommend him great dr. Caring always there for you .staff is nice nurse call and checks on you. No complaints. Please leave comments ask questions. I will try to answer to give you the best answer or advice I can
