I’m now a little over 5 weeks post op. My waist keeps shrinking, still wearing my faja 23/7, I took it off for a little bit today and substituted with my binder on really tight because it’s that time of the month (ugh) but overall everything looks great! My scar is so neat and nicely placed I’m really happy with my results so far :)
Month post op!!
Today makes a month since I had surgery. I feel so much better after getting out my drain and sutures. I’m still very swollen but I’m getting better every day. I love my results, I still have some stretch marks that are right above my incision line but dr gabay assured me that when my swelling goes down, they will be barely noticeable. I’m now starting to focus on my scar treatment, I was given the green light to start using creams and bio oil. I will post more pics soon!
Week post op
It’s been a week already since I had my surgery. Dr Gabay has been great, any questions or concerns I had he answered them right away for me. I’m still trying to get used to sleeping up since I’m a belly sleeper I haven’t been getting much sleep, it’s pretty uncomfortable. Had my first BM two days ago it was really painful and it felt like giving birth (tmi) but I felt such a relief afterwards. I’m not really in excruciating pain anymore like I was, it’s more of soreness and discomfort. I can’t wait to get my drain taken out, I’m sure it will feel even better. I’m still hunched, I’ve been trying to push myself to walk as straight as I possibly can but it feels like I’m gonna burst open whenever I try lol.
