7 days post op, I developped Seroma and went back to the surgeon to have it extracted but it always came back and soiled my clothes and compression garnments, this was a horrible experience, I couldn't find an peace, I went back every 3 days to the surgeon to remove the seroma ,then on july 15th came back home to Switzerland, I felt happy to be at home but was afraid to sleep in my bed and soiled it with seroma, somI slept in a chaise longue/recliner , woke up and had seroma on the sheets, pillows, duvet, everywhere and decided to have the seroma removed in Switzerland with another plastic surgeon, went there and then after inspection, he just told me to go to ER at once and then have blood samples taken and then an ultrashall because he suspected a huge infection. My family followed the instructions and becuase of Corona I was left alone in ER of the public hospital because of Corona, only ER patients are admitted, in our rush we forgot that we are private patients and could have gone straight to any private clinic in Zürich, I waited there 7 hours, then my husband and daughter started to think deeply and said that the had called the private clinic im Park from Hirslanden Group and I should get ,out of public ER and go there at once, well after the 7 hours waiting time, I had both tests results and we drove to clinic im Park, the issue was that my blood pressure was extremly high and I had to sign some papers that I am refusing any treatment at the public hospital which I did, this was on july 17th. We arrived at Clinic im Park short before 12pm, they checked the results of the test and then called the plastic surgeon for abdominoplasty, Dr Nicolas Clement, I was told that he will see me next day at 10 am, my blood pressure was still high, seroma was still there but I was confident, around 3am , I was released to go home and pack my bags to enter the clinic and stay there, I was told to prepare to stay for a longer period of time which I did
on july 18th at 10am, I saw dr Clement and then he started to extract the seroma and put a drain to help it out and keep me clean, I got my room with lake view and hotel service like on holidays, Dr Clement form that day on, saw me every day and mostly twice a day, then on monday july 20th he decided to reopen 5cm of the scar by the abdominoplasty and clean the whole thing to be sure there is no infection to come and that I am not developping Necrosis which is the absolute nightmare by abdominoplatsty, I had 4 surgeries with general anesthesia on july 22nd, july 25th, july 27th and last on july 29th, the general anesthesia is a must because the procedure is too painful for the patient and the surgeries are short, anesthesia very light, I felt ok when I woke up and was really there, could drink and eat after each procedure, on thursday 30th, I was released and since trying to adapt with the heavy antibioticas I drink , 2 different antibioticas every 8 hours for 12 days.....this is heavy on the Immunsystem, extremly painful for my stomach....but I see my doctor today and maybe I can get something to renegerate my immunsystem and feel less weak and tired, I was told that the surgeon in Prag had made an excellent job and that my immunsystem was to blame on the seroma issue, the surgeon removed as well a dark pigmentation on my foot on july 22nd by the first surgery, this was malignous but still on the surface of the skin, once removed, it's gone , this was something called mumbus Bowen, I was very lucky because this is a very agressive cancer once in your blood stream and bones,

I ahve been waiting 21 years, after my last baby, I got my Diastasis damaged but it was not so obvious when younger, now in the middle of then menopause it is worsened and shows on every dress I wear
now I will go for the extended Abominoplasty with Slim Lipo Laser on the flanks, abdomen and back

Just thought to get some weight down before surgery as I was told that a significant weight loss could affect the results after the procedure, so I started to reduce my weight in eating lunch around 12 am and then a light dinner with salads or vegetables only, so not a strict diet as I eat everything I want, to stop sugar cravings I eat dried nuts since may 2019
