Tummy tuck nightmare - 4 months and I still haven’t healed

Should have done better research, I had an absolute awful experience . He was rude and condescending the entire time . I was rushed out of the recovery room after having the surgery as quickly ad possible, h didn’t call to check up on me.

When I developed wound dehiscence he couldn’t care less, I got an infection, he couldn’t care less, hasn’t called me once to check on me . Kept dismissing my concerns . It’s been 4 months I still haven’t healed, the scar looks awful . I had to be treated in wound care for months with a VAC. The only reason my wound even healed is because of the wound clinic that actually took the time to treat me, thank god I have insurance and common sense, to not listen to this incompetent doctor.

Please DO NOT go to this surgeon.
It says a LOT about a surgeon what he does when things don’t go right, I was ok with the fact that things could potentially go wrong, but I didn’t expect for my doctor to not take accountability for his work, and tell me to put a wet to dry dressing on it . He never did a thorough assessment before the surgery during my consultation, nor did he do that when I developed a wound dehiscence .
