Worst Experience

I had the worst first plastic surgery experience with doctor montes and bals plastic surgery before i got to colombia i was quoted for a lipo + bbl after I sent my pictures. When i got there the doctor said i’m not a candidate he could only perform a tummy tuck mind you i did my research for over a year spoke to many doctors did many videocamera consultations and not one doctor quoted me for a tummy tuck except dr montes. After thinking,being encouraged by them and promise the results that I wanted i decided to do it. I specifically asked for bigger glutes but when I woke up for some reason my glutes looked the exact same! My back fat was still there as well. when I went to see him a few days after surgery i explained my concerns and he rudely said if you want to get rid of ur back fat you’ll have to cut them up. I’m 3 months post op and I look the exact same I’m extremely unhappy with the results I’ve spent more than 15k CAD in this surgery and plus. After getting home I spoke to so many other doctors and they all said i never needed a tummy tuck now i look the same and i have a horrible scar. Nobody from his office or BALS surgery ever checked up on me since i got back home. I had very high expectations from this doctor due to the good pictures but at the end it’s all a facade.

I went to Bals plastic surgery in Colombia as well and the results were terrible. The doctor literally hit a vessel in my neck and I ended up in the hospital until later evening. They didn’t tell me this happened until I asked the next day why there was a bandage on my neck. They ended up having to repair it. The lipo in my neck appears half done, but I came out alive. Not just that, but the unsafe practices around the aftercare were alarming. They have blood leaking from different patients and didn’t even throughly clean it between working from one patient to another. They would toss blood and waste down the bathroom sink where we brush our teeth and wash our face. They also wet my incisions during showers right after surgery. You are supposed to wait a few days.
