Ready to be the best version of me!

Recovery has been ALOT to deal with. From swelling to hematomas to breathing issues to spitting stitches to diarhhea. You name it, I've probably experienced it at some point during my recovery. It seems like my body changes daily and I am starting to see what all the money, blood, sweat and tears was for! I will come back and make another post about things that no one told me regarding recovery and update y'all about my Rd.2 plans. That's right, I will be getting a round 2 but for now, I'll just leave you with my 2 month pics.

Dra Disla is a no nonsense straight foward woman. She speaks loudly and quickly with authority. Her small frame hides a big personality! She is honest about what she can do and what you should expect. I trusted her with my life and I would again. Overall, it was a good experience with her and I would highly recommend her.

I guess I'm a couple of weeks post op now. I'm feeling pretty good. I'm back home now. The flight was hell on my body. I swelled up pretty bad and hurt from head to toe. I winded up going to the ER and was admitted due to the severe edema in my legs. I was released the following day with a script fir Lasix and Potassium. This has helped tremendously with the swelling. I found someone locally from the DR to do my lymphatic drainage massages. She charges considerably more than her counterparts in DR but she knows her particular talent is in high demand and short supply here...lol....I'm not mad at her hustle. I feel like a new woman when she's done with me plus she does manual draining and alters fajas while you wait! I'll check back in and provide a detailed review of my experience at Cipla. For now, I will say that Dra Cynthia Disla is extremly proficient at what she does and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone.
