Amazing he did a great job no issues at all very kind. No lipo burns , or issues, I recommend bringing your own faja the surgery one was only good for the first few days then I needed something tighter and I brought my own lipo foams.

No wearing faja 6 weeks , Advice for yall
So I know a lot of people are die hard wearing faja girls but honestly after 6 weeks I just wear a waist trainer and the booty shaper. Butt, spine and hip massages are key I have learned to trust the process because your body changes so much it really does take 90 days to see the results plus dr sesto says you don’t have to after 6 weeks. Keep in mind anyone going to him to please bring your own faja to switch into about 5 days after surgery the one he gives does not fit and you will need a new one . I recommend Columbians or Diane fajas off amazon hey are $60-70 dollars I got a xl large because of swelling . Like if you are thinking to size down don’t get your size you are now because I gained weight from swelling that didn’t go down till I got back to the states

So after lipo and fat transfer you have a tone of swelling on your spine along with your literally waiting for the fat to soften up and stop being hard which is called fluff fairy . I massage my butt and spine all the time to get the arch back and to help my top butt curve form because it looks flat until that fat softens up with massage and time
