Pre op

Hey dolls. I had my pre op yesterday (surgery is tomorrow Monday March 25). They told me to arrive between 9am-12 pm. I arrived around 11 assuming many people would be there early morning. I was right lol. By the time i got there, many people were gone. There was so confusion about my appointment. Apparently they didn’t get my lab results. ( I could have cried). I luckily brought my paperwork saying that i got all of it done 3/11. The lady at the front door was very nice. She called my coordinator for me and she informed me they didn’t have my labs so she rescheduled me. All I could think about was all the money I’ve spent lol. I explained to her that i has my paperwork and receipt. I didn’t get upset when speaking with her & By the end of the conversation she told me i could get my lab work done today at no cost. (Thank Goodness). She needed up saying maybe they weren’t uploaded. So i get my labs redone, see another lady who asked questions, sign a bunch of paperwork, took pictures, was told I’ll get my free faja at my post op, paid $25 for my drug test for the day of my surgery. I’m scheduled for Monday and i have to be there at 8am. I’m going through every emotion right now lol. I meant a girl that had a bbl with Dr. Kagan the day before . She was up, feeling good, walking, showed me her pics. He did a GREAT job on her. I will say other than the confusion at first (which cleared up) they only thing is i wish i would have met Dr. Kagan he day of my Pre op. I feel like once i meet him & peak with him I’ll feel fine. I am a little nervous, but I’m more excited than nervous.

Almost to 1 week down. One thing i can definitely say, is that everyday gets better. I’m walking more upright now ????????. I still lose my breath quickly, and my heart races when i walk even short distances.
I went to the store today (rose in the remote scooter lol) and it felt so good to get out the house. I’m praying next week, I’ll eat these tubes out and be ale to walk fully upright ! 
I plan on resting this week and walking more and more each day. ( I haven’t seen my upstairs in two weeks lol) 
Not sure if i mentioned this before, but I’m completely off any narcotics since day four post op. I do take extra strength Tylenol every 5.5-6 hours and pm at night.

Hey dolls. Wishing you all happy healing. I am 13 days post op today yay!! ( Its 2:16 am) clearly i can’t sleep lol. I drove today! I still get exhausted while walking and standing for even short periods of time, i hate it. I understand i will get stronger with time, so I’ll deal. I go back to work Monday and I’m okay with that bc I’m fine sitting it’s just walking to and from the parking lot I’ll be concerned about. I am not standing upright fully, but I’m really close. I’ll post a pic of me standing as well. 
Jolie has called me just about Daily to ask me if I’m ok and if i have questions. I’m very pleased and my personal experience was great. Dr Kagan is so nice and down to earth. Wish i could tell him Thank you! I do plan to go back 6-9 months for a bbl. once I’m healed and have stopped twenty pounds. I weighed myself today (though they told me don’t pay attention to the scales bc i am so swollen) i was 176. That’s less than what i was pre op and even when i put down my $500 deposit. 
I can feel the sweeping which is more of an uncomfortable feeling than anything else. The first couple Days are the worst honestly. I just stayed on top of my medicine and never let my body go into shock from not being medicated. I’ve also been off narcotics since the third day but routinely still take extra strength Tylenol. 
I get my drains out today I’ll make another post once they come out to tell y’all about it, but I’m excited. I’ll be in a faja once they come out. Drains are so annoying!

I am still not standing full upright, so i felt this would be easier (and it was).
