5’6, 165 lbs. - told me I needed Ozempic before surgery

ORIGINAL POST

Neglectful to Patients

Put me on a waiting list and asked for a large deposit for a tummy tuck and told me I was too overweight for a tummy tuck. Im 5’6 and weight 165 so they let me know I needed to be on Ozempic. I wear a size 10 jean and felt like i was obese just from talking with her nurse as Dr Gordon had no time to give me an actual consultation for months after I loose the weight. Had a horrible emergency reaction to Ozempic and was hospitalized. Never did they respond to messages asking for help. After I got home from the hospital I called to inform them i had to stop Ozempic and cancel my appointment they wanted to keep my consultation deposit despite Dr. Ashley never consulting me only her nurse. I finally got my deposit back and was never called by the nurse to see if i was getting better. Eventually I went to another plastic surgeon who stated I was a healthy weight and they could do surgery with in a few weeks. Fast forward and I have healed nicely and feel great where I can finally run again. The other plastic surgery center never pressured me to get on Ozempic and I am exercising 6 days a week now healthy!
