Never seen such blatant disregard for patient care

I elected to do a tummy tuck with dr. Brewster because I thought he was a caring surgeon. After staying home for over 2 years with my baby, I decided to do something for myself to get back to feeling like myself and gain some confidence. Dr. Brewster literally rushed me through the whole process. He literally talked to me for my preop for 5 mins, and I think I’m being generous. I drove over an hour just to have him talk to me for 5 mins. He changed my surgery plans abruptly after they’ve been paid for in full as they demand. His coordinator called me 3 days prior to my surgery date and asked me to do it the day prior. I had to arrange child care and someone to take care of me post op so I could not do it. I should’ve canceled altogether. He clearly overbooked and I was just a number to him. The greed at this place is apparent. Patients are in and out. No respect for individuality and patient care or the money you’re spending. He did not do a good job at all. He did not take his time to do what he knew I needed. It’s been over a month post op and he has not seen me at all. I’m very frustrated, angry, and disappointed because I expected better from him. I’m not saying he isn’t skilled I’m saying he does not care. My surgery was not cheap so I wasted time and money. Please use your money to go to a surgeon who at least cares about his patient. I made a big mistake and although plastic surgery is elective, we pay our money and take the time to do so because we feel that we need it. I’m a medical professional and I’ve never seen such blatant disregard for patient care and standard practice. GO ELSEWHERE. you won’t be treated well unless you’re featured on their instagram page.
