Hi there, you look amazing. Can you share your experience of using any binders or compression garments to help with swelling? I'm Day 6 PO and just using a high waisted Spanx short. I feel like there needs to be more tight as the upper and lower abdomen still feel quite squishy. Tell me it all tightens up

My compression garment had straps that went over my shoulders, as recommended by my doctor. I actually felt better when I was wearing it especially at night. But has the weeks went on and the swelling decreased I wore it less and less.
Don’t worry!! It does tighten up! Trust the process and be patient

New Tummy for Mom of 3

39 years old, 5’9”, 175, 3 kids. I have been self conscious of my stomach for years. I had 3 back to back pregnancies and they took a real toll on my body. Even when I’d lose weight, my stomach was still saggy. I thought my stomach looked better when I was a little heavier so it didn’t resemble a deflated balloon.I was tired of always wearing layers and avoiding form fitting clothes or 2 piece swimsuits. For my 40th birthday, I decided I deserved a flat tummy with a cute waist line!
