I would never use Seduction Cosmetics again

I've been contemplating on writing this review of seduction cosmetics since I came back from Miami on July 12th but I recently tried to contact them for a simple return to work notice n true to form your told to dial this number n push that number no one answers no one responds to the email or voicemail My journey started with seduction in 2019. At first my patient consultant yanelys was very helpful sent links for me to give her good reviews on Yelp. Never ever do that until everything is done. I postponed my surgery due to COVID, she never kept me up to date about any changes new rules nothing. I got back in touch around February of 2021, she was very friendly again. I scheduled for April of 2021, paid my remaining 6000 for my tt bbl combo. Within this year I gained weight back, I told her my weight, she checked said that would be fine. Didn't hear from her anymore, plane ticket ready it didn't cost anything to rebook with AA at that time. I think I was scheduled to leave on a Monday or Tuesday I get a call on a Thursday or Friday saying my labs were done to early so they needed to reschedule after asking me could I get labs done that quickly which they knew I couldn't. New date May 7th this time it cost $180 to rebook my flight. I made sure I got all my labs ECG chest X-ray. I'm over 40 everything done low n behold I'm leaving in a couple of days I get a phone call at 2:00 from seduction saying she needs to clear me by 3:00 that day but my clearance is stating it's not in the right amount of time. Again my mess up but how do you call ppl at the very last minute to tell them something is wrong? Probably because your constantly overbooking so I said I want my $ back, you ppl have no business sense at all, I feel like I'm getting scammed. She tells me to email the refund Dept (can't speak to anyone) so I realize a little later I need to look at the contracts I signed low n behold it states if surgery is canceled for any reason 15 days or less before date your entitled to nothing. This was 11days so I would've been out 7000 oh I paid a1000 when I first booked for my deposit so I schedule again this time July 7th (she had the date ready when she first called about the clearance). This time I actually got a credit for the flight. Ok I get to Miami I've had my RH all set. I paid them the rest of their $ over$700. They meet me at the airport, take me straight to seduction. At my physical a month before I was5 2 I've been 5 2 since I hit puberty. I get there took hrs for me to go back they weigh me at 189 but said I was 5 1 and that put my BMI at 35.7 something I think so I can't get both surgeries. I ask to speak to Dr.Abeer, they don't or she don't do that but they said she wouldn't do it so now the special I had goes away. It was 3500 for each procedure. I've never had a round butt always wanted one but my stomach is what bothered me the most about my body, so I took the tt so the $ for the bbl went into the tt which that's the 7000 but Abeer charges 7500 really so I had to pay another $500, then they would not honor my package. I'm asking why not this is ridiculous. They call the so called patient coordinator I told you about earlier what did she say on the phone I don't see why not they should honor it she paid for it the girl says but it was 2019. Oh yea I see what your sayin end of conversation so I had to pay another $520 for the packet. Let me be fair I forgot she did say you can wait n lose the 4lbs. Are u serious right now my vacation is in my return ticket is paid for my plane doesn't leave until the 12th and what about the recovery that's paid for? I don have it like that to be flying back n forth to Miami so we get to the 7th they say wait until we call you then come to the surgery center. I'm waiting all morning, around noon time the Owner of the RH says just go we're going to take you because they will cancel your surgery. I'm like what do all the plastic surgery centers do that she said no? just seduction go there they cancel me told me the next day again same thing waiting around they take me again when I get there they call me to tell me to come while I'm waiting I can hear another woman saying how they have canceled her 3x already but their trying to assure her it will be today. absolutely horrible. Dr Abeer comes in marks me up says I will love the results. by the way that's the only time I saw n talked to her before my surgery n didn't see her anymore. I don't know if that's standard. I've had a huge gut for a very long time now n I'm very happy with the way my stomach looks now, still some swelling but I think I look pretty good n I hope within the 6mo to a year it will look great. as for me n my opinion I would never use seduction again, it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had and even though I didn't get a chance to really talk to Abeer, I would consider her outside of seduction. just be very careful even though mistakes were made on my part they did things to suit them n their schedule. never again
