4 WPO yesterday
Generally I'm doing really well. I have two more weeks of wearing the garment. I'm tight and sometimes get sore and achy. I do have quite a bit of swelling below the belly button. I'm taking Bromelain and doing lymphatic massage and keeping in mind that swelling can last for a long time. I started scar treatment a week ago. I'm pleased with my results so far.
3 Weeks Post Op
Had my 3 weeks post op follow up appt and dr says everything looks real good. I had last of stitches removed. I’m allowed to sleep on my side. I have to wear an under garment for 3 more weeks. Only walking is allowed for exercise. Do not lift anything over 15lbs. I can start scar treatment. Thought I’d compare pre-op bikini photos to today in same bikini. I’m happy with results so far and I know final results can take up to a year.
Week 2 Post Op
All caught up! June 19th was exactly 2 weeks from surgery. Almost feel normal, haha.
