I Almost Died After my Surgery and He Did Not Care
Just a reminder to be very careful choosing a dr. Dr Stefan did my surgery last year. My skin started turning black so I contacted him. I had to pay more money on a last minute flight back to his office. He prescribed SSD cream. Which was not the proper treatment he didn’t do a culture. I ended up having to go to the hospital because he was going to let me die. I was finally cared for and told I had MRSA I contracted from the operating room. I almost DIED. I lost so much tissue and had to had surgery to remove the tissue the MRSA killed. I had a wound vac for months after. It took 6 months to heal. I called and asked the clinic was their anything they could do to make it right. The lady said I had a scar from how my skin healed. They are totally incompetent. I have a awful scar from the MRSA killing my tissue not how my skin healed. If they don’t even understand was MRSA is I don’t think they should be working in a plastic surgeon’s offices. Not to mention the awful way Dr stefan spoke to me yelling at me and calling me fat for posting a picture to get help when he was non responsive for days. They don’t care about their patients only money!
