Things have been going great. It’s been 10 weeks. Scar is hearing nicely. I’m still numb and I still have swelling especially by the end of the day. I’m working out , stretching and running. I’m sleeping comfortably on my stomach.

I went in vacation wore a bunch bikini n you could not see scar. The only thing that sticks out is my old belly bottom. I had a belly button piercing so you can see the two incisions.

My back n arm lipo are doing great.

I feel so great! I started working out. I’m still swollen. But my stomach is getting so flat! Unfortunately I feel like the rest of my body does not match. Which is why I’m working out. But it’s only been 3 days since so started.

I feel great. I’m able to run, stretch and lift weights.

fYi I only worse my faja for o my 2 weeks.

So I don’t think you need it .

I’m feeling so much better but I still have some swelling in the center of my stomach. It’s like I’m bloated . But even though I feel bloated my belly popping out like it did pre surgery.

I started to get more motion. I went out and was able to do some body rolls. Yay !! I don’t look like a robot dancing.

I still haven’t worked out . I think I’ll wait until I’m 6 weeks. That’s the date my doctors said i would be 100 clear.

My arms are still sore and some swelling. I’m surprised it’s been harder healing.

I’m just happy I can sneezing and cough without feeling like I’m good explode.

I had to take out the belly button stitches. I was suppose to come out on its own by week 4 but it never did. So much for dissolvable stitches lol.

Can’t wait to see more progress.

First day post op. So far I feel no pain. Met doctor for a short time one the day of my surgery. But he kinda and I could tell he knew what he was doing. He was honest and very upfront with complications that could arise because I had lipo twice done on me already. So I appreciated that. Fabian his male nurse was incredible. He cleaned my wounds, took my cloths off, helped me shower, changed my bandages and helped me dress . So far I’m super please. Mr. Yanez did some extra lipo I didn’t not ask for to make thing very smooth . Out of all my surgery no doctor as ever given me anything extra. So I truly appreciate doing what he needed to do to make me look even.
