Tummy tuck/liposuction to get rid of the excess skin

These are pictures taken in the morning without food in my stomach. After eating most of the time feel like my stomach will explote. I know there is big change from pre surgery d post surgery but still I don’t see a flat stomach. I know nothing is perfect ;( and I try not to be negative. I had have read a lot of reviews from others people experience some of them very nice others not. I just don’t want to feel that my investment it’s not worth it. I told myself everyday that I will give it time and not rush to conclusions. Here are some pictures from week 4 & 5.

This is me at week 3 still pretty swollen. I am happy that I don’t have to carry the pregnant look anymore. My incision is red, itching and tender to the touch, but pretty much is healing very well.
