360 Tummy tuck w/lipo to back and medial thigh lift prep- this is a long time coming

I went to Vegas for a week went to a comedy show… the show was so funny my muscles hurt for several days even with the muscles relaxer. I remember when I had my arms done I went to Vegas and went to a dispensary and they gave me stuff for the pain. So I went again and they had some stronger CBD there so I got that… we extended our trip a day so I can rest and side from the tenderness of my muscles I actually feel better than I did before I got there. So I would say 2 months I not enough time to go to a comedy show.

I did have a small piece of my scar start to bleed, so I but the wound closure tape over it after I cleaned it and it did scab by the next day so I was grateful for that.

I didn’t realize how much I rely on my stomach muscles for everything. Even opening a jelly jar can be difficult.

I have zero regrets. Once I found out about the Drainless Tummy Tucks, I was dead set on getting it, one less thing to worry about.

I also noticed that the more hydrated I am ( my pea was clear) the better I felt.

Also I don’t know how true this is, but another lady told me to make snake movements that helps with the healing.

I took two extra strength Tylenol last night and when I woke up I definitely felt a difference from taking one Oxi at night, it was hard to get comfortable so I didn’t get good sleep at all.
So tonight back to drinking my Chamomile tea with CBD honey, and one Oxi. I did try to mix it up and take an Oxi and Tylenol today. I didn’t realize how sore my muscles will still be, when I laughed it was painful. I want y’all to keep in mind I have never had a high pain tolerance.

Like people flying after a few days back home with their drains…. I wouldn’t have been able to do it.

I am having nerve pain like it feels like it’s deep down inside and it’s untouchable.

I sleep on pillows laying on my stomach, which is much more comfortable than laying on my back and side now. Most of my pain is from my sides (no lipo) it just feels like the skin is trying to separate at the incision. I am using silicone and vitamin E everyday on the scars and it does appear to soothe them… I also use a CBD cream when my skin feels like it’s burning to the touch and this helps ALOT!

My belly button is healing well, I purchased one of those belly button things ( I forgot what it’s called) but I never used it. I don’t want to look like I have a hole, plus I didn’t ask my Dr but I’m pretty sure he would say it’s not needed or it’s a scam…
