After having two kids, I knew a tummy tuck was necessary to get rid of the loose skin and feel confident again. After doing my research, I decided to contact Dr Jugenburg’s office and book a consultation. My dealings with the team was incredible as Nurse Kim listened to both my wish and concerns. She gave me options and provided me with her honest opinion, helped me prepare physically and mentally. I knew at that moment that I had found the right team to help me through this journey. Once I made the decision to book my procedure, I met Dr Jugenburg in person and he was attentive and walked both my husband and I through the whole process. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and more importantly honest. After our meeting with Dr Jugenburg - we both knew I was going to be in great hands.
Between my consultation and surgery date, the office manager’s at Toronto Cosmetics were professional and answered any questions I had. Shout out to Siobhan who made me feel so valued and treated me like a family member.
On the day of my surgery- the whole team was caring and made sure I was not nervous and made me feel at ease. My tummy tuck and lipo procedure was performed flawlessly and I could not believe how my vision had become a reality. Dr Jugenburg is a master in the art of cosmetic and he is a perfectionist as you can see that he takes pride in his work by ensuring minimal scaring and amazing contouring.
Once the surgery was completed, my care continued with the fabulous nurse team (Megan and Sara) who answered all the questions both my husband and I had. They made themselves available during my post op and made sure I could reach out to them with any concerns.
It’s been 2 weeks and have had my follow ups with both Dr Jugenburg and nurse Sara. They have always made me feel important and welcoming.
I would encourage anyone who is looking for a cosmetic procedure to look no further. The team at Toronto cosmetic Surgery Institute is by far one of the best and I know you would not be disappointed.
