Today marks 2 months since surgery, I don’t love my results, but it is much better than it was. I swell like crazy and I still have the crease below my belly button. I also need to go get my old belly button spot revised so it’ll be a small flat vertical (going back around 3-4 months)
While I don’t love my final results (I think my PS was too conservative with the amount of skin removed) I am working out regularly, and I think with that and a clean diet, I will be able to get where I want because I’ll have my abs back! ????

Still sore but not nearly as sore as days 3&4, I’m still only taking Tylenol. I wish swelling would go away! I want my back scoop and love handles to disappear! I hate the crease below my belly button...I’m praying hard that will smooth out like my PS said it would! Otherwise, all is well, hoping my drain gets pulled tomorrow (it’s slowed down significantly yesterday and today!)

4 days post TT and Lipo
Today I am not in as much pain, and I slept really good last night. I am still taking 1 oxy and 2 Tylenol every 6-8 hours. Oxy makes me so tired so I try to spread it out during daytime hours so I don’t get too many naps. Most of the pain and swelling is in my lower back from Lipo. Today I am in the “regret” phase though. I am sad that my stomach is swollen and not cute and flat, and my back is more painful than I thought it would be, and I feel like I’m going to be this huge and swollen forever and it’s not rational but this whole thing messes with you psychologically. I’ve cried a couple times, but this too will pass and I’ll be over this phase soon. (I hope)
My regular drain has been slowing down, so I’m hopeful it comes out right on time at day 6 or 7!
My butt crack has a drain (so hot!) but not attached to a bulb, so I’ve been stuck in diapers or with pads shoved in my underwear to allow it to drain out (that’s been as lovely as it sounds). I think tomorrow I’ll be able to let the small butt drain loose. (Fingers crossed!)
