My journey to get back my self esteem
In my previous post I stated, “ I will follow up with pictures.” However, I decided not to post any intimate pictures of myself online. I have given Dr. Mizgala permission to allow current or potential clients to view the photos of my transformation. Therefore, all one has to do is schedule an appointment for a consultation with Dr. Mizgala. I promise it will be well worth your time and you will not be disappointed.
My journey to get back my self-esteem
I am a current patient/client of Dr. Mizgala, today marks the anniversary of our journey together. She has such a warm caring staff who is always pleasant, helpful, and welcoming. They get an “A” for awesome.
When I met Dr. Mizgala for the first time she embraced me with compassion, concern and listened without judgement. I was overwhelmed and feeling a bit discouraged. After being unsuccessful with diet and exercise, I started to develop self-esteem issues. I knew whatever procedure I decided to have or not have was not going to be an alternative to weight loss, but could help me to love myself again and enhance my efforts to become healthier with the combination of diet and exercise.
Dr. Mizgala made me feel special and told me how beautiful I was before discussing my reason for the consult. During the consultation we talked about what I wanted/expected, how she can help, cost, and time it would take to perform the procedure of my choosing. I was given the opportunity to view pictures of previous clients and ask questions.
When the consultation was over I knew without a doubt that she was the one who would give me what I needed to build my self esteem and love myself again. The rapport that was established between her and I was one that I will cherish forever.
My journey began on November 1, 2017 with a tummy tuck, liposuction of the upper back and flanks, body contour, skin tightening and removal of a skin tag on my right hip. August 2, 2018 I opted to have more liposuction and BodyTite of a seroma that developed under my bellybutton and localized areas of my abdomen and hips. My journey continued with Renuvion (J plasma) and liposuction of the upper back and upper abdomen on October 25,2018. Dr. Mizgala did not think I needed more surgery at this time, however, I wanted more, and I have to admit, she was right. She showed me my before and after pictures (side by side). The photos showed my transformation and reminded me of where I was, why I came to her and how she helped me get to where I am today. I went from a size 2-XL to a Medium/Small depending on the style of clothing. I look absolutely amazing.
I am very happy with how the surgeries and techniques used to transform my body created such breathtaking results. She is an excellent certified plastic surgeon and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a compassionate, loving, caring, trusting and honest cosmetic surgeon with years of experience in her expertise. She takes time to listen and give results that will change your life forever. Dr. Cynthia Mizgala is truly amazing, she has helped to changed my life by turning the negative attitude I had developed, to a positive one and I am grateful.
