My before and after Breast lift surgery.
Initially I wanted a breast lift, and when Dr. Valdez saw me he notified me that I had a condition called Tuberous Breasts . Born with it and it develops during puberty. Even in my early teens my breast were long, stretched out and seemed soft. Just figured I was cursed with saggy unfirm breasts. Dr. Valdez was the one to diagnose my condition. So during puberty my breasts didn't develop properly causing the saggy, sad tube sock filled with sand look. The aereola had stretched due to the weight of breast tissue at lower pole of my breasts. So Dr. Valdez had the task of not only lifting the breasts and removing excess skin but reconstructing my breast so that they actually sat up on my chest wall and not all hanging down in the stretched out skin.
He had to use small implants to improve my
breast's projection as part of the reconstruction. I was already a c/d cup before the surgery but I never filled up the cups of the bra. The top portion of the cups would be empty no matter how tight I pulled the bra straps up, I never had a full ,round looking breast. The surgery was very easy to recover from amd I finally love my breasts. I fill up my bras nicely and my breasts are no longer under my armpits when I lay flat on my back. I still wear many of my pre surgery bras, they just fit better. HAPPY perky boobies!!!

I was asked to post pics and never got around to it. Better late than never. Been 5 years and am still in awe. The novelty has not worn off!!! SOOO Happy!!!
