My experience with my surgeon and coordinator was nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, I felt well taken care of and informed every step of the way.
Dr. Stefano Cotrufo did a fantastic job of explaining all the risks and benefits of my procedure to me, ensuring that I felt confident and prepared for what was to come. On the day of the surgery, his attention to detail and care for my well-being truly stood out. At the hospital, they made sure I was comfortable and relaxed before the procedure, which helped alleviate any pre-surgery jitters I had.
I must give a special shoutout to Elsa Liddell, my coordinator. She is an absolute gem! Elsa went above and beyond to manage all my appointments, emails, and important tasks related to my surgery. Not only was she organized and efficient, but she also provided invaluable emotional support throughout my entire process. ELSA was not just a coordinator to me; she was a pillar of strength and reassurance during a potentially stressful time.
I can not thank Dr. Cotrufo and ELSA enough for their professionalism, expertise, and genuine care. Thanks to their combined efforts, my surgical experience was smooth, stress-free, and successful.
