Highly Recommend

My medical history: I am petite at 5'2" and had two 8 lb babies in my 30's. Despite having a strong core before being pregnant, I had severe diastasis recti afterwards. I worked through PT to re-strengthen my abdominals and TVAs, but could not resolve the gap in my upper abdomen (my baby belly carried very high).
