10/10 for The Hanson Clinic
I recently underwent Abdominoplasty surgery in the Mater Hospital with Mr Hanson. From my initial consultation I was met with a level of care that truly sets the clinic apart. Richard is not only skilled and knowledgeable but he also brought a warmth and kindness that made for me what was a nerve-wracking experience much more comfortable. His realistic and informative approach, paired with a sense of humour created an atmosphere that eased my anxiety and nerves right away.
Equally impressive was the support from Shayleigh his treatment coordinator, full of kindness and attentiveness and always available to answer any questions I had (there was quite a few) each one answered promptly.
I faced a small healing complication that required me to visit the clinic twice a week for over six weeks. During this time I was consistently met with encouragement and laughter at every appointment. It was heartening to be surrounded by such a positive team who genuinely cared about my recovery.
Overall, my experience at The Hanson Clinic has been 10/10 and I would strongly recommend Richard and his team to anyone considering surgery. The combination of professional expertise and intense aftercare for me would be very hard to beat. A huge thank you to the entire team, I will definitely be back
