You looked amazing!!! Thank you for sharing the essentials that will be my best friend. I go in for my mommy makeover on July 27th. I'm getting nervous, to the point I was considering backing out. What sort of advice or tips could you offer? Did you have any nausea or vomiting after surgery? Any problems with fever, shortness of breath, dehydration?

Hey I had a TT with chin lipo done May 10 don’t be nervous if you really want it go for it don’t look back. Take Valium before surgery to calm you don’t that’s what my doctor suggested but I didn’t because surprisingly I was calm and honestly once anesthesia hit I have no idea what happened next lol. Your doctor should prescribe for you meds before surgery for nausea to calm you down and for pain so don’t worry. Have an extra pillow so when you cough sneeze or anything you hug it tight so you won’t feel as much pain. Good luck

Sorry for just now getting back to you , but nope none at all ! Honestly everybody body different and I have a high pain tolerance, but long as you take your “Arnica” pill and Arinca gel it helps out a lot to for the stiffness and swelling , I’m going on 3 mos post op now and I’m still swallowing in the middle of my belly and it’s still numb but through it all still no pain

You look great!! Can you share what compression garment you use?
June 3, 2021
Yes , I used the binder of course but I also wore these compression shorts I got for Amazon it’s for tummy control and a butt lifter type thing so it’s spandex very stretchy and tight! And I wore them and other girdles over top of my binder for extra compression, I also recommend the stomach board for some compression, I still wear my binder and a waist trainer over top and I’m now 3mos post op SHOW LESS

So excited I’m almost at my 6week mark so I can start working out , also here’s alil update so when I’m swelling real bad I’ve start wear my binder and a girdle over top of my binder, it helps a lot for the extra compression which helps the swelling and fluid go down, My belly still alil hard and numb, but I still haven’t experience any pain, Also I have started using products on my incision scar , Mederma or bio oil, are good products and I’m also using the silicone tape which is also great for the scar , I got the tape from Amazon and the oils from Walmart

What section was the bio-oil in at Walmart? You posted a picture of Mederma in your pics, was that a type of tape or are you speaking oil?
