My lower abdomen looks like my guts are getting ready to fall out

I was communicating with Fernanda, Dr. Lara's assistant, who gave me some information which was extremely helpful for me as I was coming from Florida and never been in Tijuana before. My procedure was performed in November 29th 2021. I trusted Fernanda totally. This was my first mistake. Dr. Lara was a very nice doctor, aren't they all??? I supposed to received a full Tummy tuck and liposuction 360 but five months later I realized that my swelling is gone, I lost many pounds, feeling fabulous but I still have a lot of fat on both sides under my arms left. Wearing my bra still shows fat overflowing. My lower abdomen looks like my guts are getting ready to fall out and on top of that he left me with three ugly extremely hard bumps right in the middle of my scar. They never contacted me after my surgery, nobody ever asked how I am feeling, zero contact. Extremely disappointed. My second terrible experience was the Palmas Recovery House. I didn't know any other, I trusted Fernanda. Palmas Recovery House that I would NEVER send even my worst enemy. I am suspecting that they made some agreement that she sent me there. A financial scam I've ever experienced. I was charged $175 per night for awful service. If you don't speak Spanish, you are lost. The food was lacking on creativity and very cheap preparation, the beds were outdated and extremely uncomfortable. After such major surgery you are very limited with any movements. To adjust the bed you needed to get out and adjust manually. The TV cable stopped working two days before I left this House of Horror and this was what you were paying for. The bathroom shower head was broken, they removed from another bathroom and put in the second bathroom. The old couch was right in the very narrow hallway, you could not sit there otherwise nobody would be able to pass by. Their ring to call a nurse was a very primitive system; an alarm whistle was in the corner in the hallway, when you pushed the remote to call for the nurse at three at night, the entire house woke up. There wasn't individual ring or pager. I could put much more here. This was the worst experience of my life. All the money; surgery without any guaranty for a full success, the Horror Recovery House, the flight and tremendous stress was not worth to go there. After all my expenses I realized that I would have spent only $2,000 more in the US without the horrific mental and financial stress.
