As a medical provider myself I had fears regarding the risks with general anesthesia and struggled with undergoing an elective cosmetic surgery and potentially dying and leaving my family behind. I slept the entire procedure and was comfortable. Never felt any pain and did not have the awful side effects from general. Most importantly felt safe and monitored the entire time. Her suite is connected to Glenbrook hospital which is a huge plus.
Post tummy tuck the amount of follow up visits is crazy. Most surgeons will see you once or twice. I was being seen 3 times per week for at least a month and more if needed. I did also purchase the lymph massage with her nurse Janina who is outstanding. This was worth every penny. Helped all my swelling come down quickly.
Your post op visits will extend past one yr. You will always be her patient.
